Welcome to Our Family Medical Clinic
Our Family Medical Clinic provides primary health care services and preventive care to people of all ages. Whether you need to have a complete physical or need to visit us with a minor illness, manage a chronic or complex illness, or need support for mental health wellbeing, the clinic is here for you or your family.
When you choose to register with the clinic your primary care provider will be a nurse practitioner. Your care will be supported through team-based care. This means that your goals for health are supported by our nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers and by our consulting physician. These staff members work within the clinic so you can receive most of your care within our center.
If you require a referral to a specialist or other community services or providers, we can assess your needs and make the appropriate referrals. We offer a variety of health care education programs based on the needs of our clients.
